C & P Coffee Company, located at 5612 California Avenue SW in West Seattle,  is a great place for parties, receptions, meetings and other special occasions. Come share in the character and casual comfort of our 1904 craftsman style house. Our 2,000 square foot space includes an open coffee bar with wine & beer, back and front patios, hardwood floors and the original fireplace. We can accommodate 60+ guests and weather permitting, have a lovely outdoor garden space for larger groups.

Our rental rate is $85.00 which includes friendly event staff to tend to your guests and best of all, we clean up after you! We will also gladly help arrange catering, live music and photographers.
