C & P offers locally roasted coffees from Lighthouse Roasters.  An unassuming little coffee house and roaster in Seattle, Lighthouse Roasters has spent more than ten years creating a loyal following of coffee lovers by the coffee buying, roasting and drink-making process as a noble calling.  Lighthouse Roasters creates consistently great coffee in small batches of the freshest premium beans, hand roasted in vintage cast-iron roasters each day.

Blends:

Espresso Blend:  Lighthouse Roasters’ trademark blend of Ethiopian, Sumatran and a few Latins; custom mixed expressly for espresso machines.  Nice body, smooth finish, excellent aroma and subtle flavors.

Roaster’s Choice:  Smooth and mellow, RC is Lighthouse Roasters’ preferred master blend of subtle golden tones. 

Lighthouse Blend:  Lighthouse in our signature blend.  A bountiful array of Latins,  roasted to perfection. 

Captain Bert’s:  Breakfast Blend Legend has it that on foggy mornings the Captain wanders the Puget Sound in search of finest top-of-the-morning cup.  Suitable for navigation in weather, Bert’s Blend is ideal for life on the water. 

Mocha-Java:  This classic blend of Ethiopian and Javanese beans combines the full-bodied chocolate tones of Ethiopian Mocha with the rich, earthy taste of Java. 

Vienese Blend:  The deap, dark and flavorful blend of two rich, dark roasts — Full City and French Roast — Vienese Blend delivers. 

Organic Blend:  Lighthouse is proud to offer a blend of the finest certified organically grown coffees available today; including Sumatran, Guatemalan and Mexican.  You’ll taste the difference.

Varietals

Colombian:   Complex and full-bodied, with light acidity, our superb medium-roasted Colombian possesses a sweet, well-rounded finish. 

Estate Java:  An earthy rich bean with herbal overtones, Java is both full-bodied and well-rounded.  One of the world’s great coffees. 

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe:  Among East Africa’s most highly-desired and distinctive coffees, Yirgacheffe is a full-bodied, fragrant and flowery bean with a subtle hint of sweetness. 

Kenya AA:  Considered by many to be the world’s premier bean, this Kenyan possesses the highest rating (AA).  Full-bodied with berry overtones and a fine, clean finish. 

Panama:  Springing from volcanic soil, our Panamenian beans posses a warm sweet aroma and deliver strong balanced flavor. Definitely a coffee on the rise! 

Sumatra Mandehling:  has an earthy, rich body typical of the strong Indonesian coffee family.  

Yemen Mocca Sanani:  Our Yemeni Mocca Sanani coffee is one of the worlds most complex, full-bodied and aromatic coffees,  A distinct bouquet of chocolate and spices, Superb.

Dark Roast

French Roast:  Deep, dark and smokey, Lighthouse French Roast has a full-bodied caramelized flavor, but with very little acidity.  Darkly roasted from rugged Latin blends.

French Sumatra:  The dark caramelized flavor of a French Roast, combined with the deep complex taste of Indonesia.  Indulge yourself.

Decaf

Decaf Colombia: All the flavor of Colombia, without the jolt of caffeine.  A nice full cup of coffee.

Decaf Lighthouse Blend: Our signature blend decafinated.  Abountiful array of Latins, hand-roasted to perfection.
